MOQ depends on product type and packaging. Standard stock products usually start from one 20GP container, mixed products are acceptable.

What are the payment terms?

Minimum 30% T/T prepayment, full payment upon completion of container loading and before provision of ocean bills.

How long is the lead time for delivery?

Delivery will be completed within 7 days after order details are confirmed; for OEM orders, delivery will be completed within 7 days after packaging is prepared.

How can I import my products into my country?

The import process for cat litter is simple, generally requiring only a bill of lading, packing list, invoice, and certificate of origin. For wood products, some countries may require additional animal and plant quarantine certificates and fumigation certificates, which we will assist in processing.

Can you provide OEM / Private Label?

Yes, AiSha supports OEM and private label services, including printed packaging, vacuum packaging, and custom sizes.

Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?

Samples can be provided free of charge, but the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. Once a formal order is placed, the shipping costs can be deducted from the order price.
