Aisha Pet is a bentonite cat litter supplier<\/a> and manufacturer running its own factory in Dalian, Liaoning. We have been making clumping litter here for more than 20 years, and the site now turns out 300,000 tons a year across 60,000 square metres for brand owners, importers and distributors in over 80 countries.<\/p>

Our OEM bentonite cat litter starts as natural sodium bentonite and passes through five stages of screening and negative-pressure air separation before it is bagged. It absorbs over 300% of its weight, sets a scoopable clump in under three seconds, and leaves the plant at 99.9% dust-free. We build private label cat litter<\/a> programmes from the formula through to the printed bag: granule shape, scent, additive blend, pack format and artwork, with a minimum order of one 20ft container, around 24 to 25 tons.<\/p>

Nothing ships before the batch passes testing, and every container goes out with a Certificate of Analysis. MSDS and SGS reports are on file and can be sent with the quote. 1. Strict Raw Material Inspection (Source Control):<\/b><\/p>

Incoming bentonite is sampled lot by lot. Lab checks cover moisture, purity, particle size distribution and heavy metals or other contaminants. Anything outside tolerance goes back to the supplier instead of into the silo. This is the cheapest place on the whole line to catch a problem, so we spend the time here.<\/p>
